Coaching
Life coaching is often seen as a partnership between you and the life coach, as your coaching partner I will encourage you to explore how to make meaningful and lasting changes in your life, I will also offer support and feedback to help you stay focused on your goals and help you move forward and towards the results you are looking for. A Coaching session is typically 60 minutes long and the client will initiate all scheduled calls. Sessions can be conducted over the phone, face to face if distance permits it, and via Skype (most popular).
Enhancing Productivity Workshops
During this 2.5-hour workshop your group will learn strategic ways and techniques on how to get more done in less time. I will provide you with tools that will help you establish a system that works for you. Learn the key elements on how to make the most of your time and activate the most productive version of yourself. Minimum of 4 people for workshops to take place.
Stress Management Workshops
During this 2.5-hour workshop your group will learn what the most common triggers of stress are and how to avoid them and most importantly, you will learn practical ways to reduce stress and to manage anxiety-provoking experiences and prevent them from getting the best of you. Discover how you can live a more balanced and stable life despite the circumstances around you. Minimum of 4 people for workshops to take place.
Positive Thinking Coaching/Mentoring
If you would like to start seeing life in a more optimistic and hopeful way, the way it was meant to be, Positive Thinking Coaching might be the right approach for you. During this process I would guide you into an exploration of any subconscious beliefs that could be keeping you from experiencing contentment, either at work or in your personal life, followed by the application of different methods to help you transform the way you see and experience things. Please keep in mind that this is not to be confused with therapy and/or counseling.
